Systech understands saleable returns.
Systech played a fundamental role with HDA and GS1 in creating salable returns standards. We know what it takes to ensure that you’re compliant by November 2020 —even if you’re not our customer yet.
As part of compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), it is mandatory that all prescription drugs returned to wholesale distributors have the product identifiers on packages of saleable returned product verified with the manufacturer before being resold. This requirement went live for the pharmaceutical supply chain in November 2019 and enforcement will begin in 2020.
Our Verification Router Service solution leverages an industry-standard platform to create the necessary connections between all the key stakeholders required for compliance. Distributors will be able to enter serialized product information and connect simply to manufacturer repositories of serial numbers for verification and validation. Whether you are a distributor needing to verify, or a manufacturer needing to answer requests, Systech’s VRS has you covered.
Systech has partnered with Chronicled, integrating with their industry-standard MediLedger network to provide all the connection touchpoints required to deliver a seamless solution to our customers.
