Robert DeJean has led Systech International since its inception in 1985. He founded Systech with the purpose of wanting to help pharmaceutical companies become more effective in producing quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory mandates. Under DeJean’s leadership, Systech has evolved from a single industry focus with machine vision and line management solutions to become a global leader in brand protection and authentication technologies, serving a wide range of industries throughout the world.
The company was the first in the industry to introduce an advanced Packaging Execution System, and today, it has become the leader in holistic enterprise serialization and authentication solutions.
DeJean’s vision and commitment to providing customers with the most innovative solutions to help protect the integrity of their brands is the driving force of Systech. He has brought together a leadership team of industry experts and forward thinkers to propel the company into the next generation of global brand protection. Prior to Systech, DeJean has held senior positions at General Electric and Texas Instruments.
Lou Arace is responsible for leading the company’s worldwide sales, marketing and operations including global consulting services, product management, engineering, software development and customer support.
Prior to joining Systech in 2014, he was Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Dorman Products, Inc. where he strategically managed the end-to-end global supply chain. Previous to his work at Dorman Products, Lou was a Partner at Logistics Resources International, a global supply chain consulting firm that helped companies in Aerospace, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Semi-Conductor industries optimize their global supply chains. He also spent several years with NutriSystem as the Chief Supply Chain Officer where he led efforts to design, develop and implement a new supply chain strategy that dramatically improved both customer satisfaction and the financial performance of the company. Prior to NutriSystem, Lou spent 15 years with Cardone Industries, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations, where he was responsible for all worldwide operations and supply chain management. Lou earned an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Messiah College.
John Milana is responsible for managing financial planning and reporting, risk management, and the analysis of data. Milana oversees strategic development as it relates to budget management, forecasting needs, and securing new funding for Systech.
Milana has substantial experience growing great companies such as SAP America Inc. (CFO), IMS Health Americas (CFO & VP), and most recently, Symphony Health Solutions (EVP & CFO). Milana’s role is vital in the expansion of our global presence and market solutions in pharmaceutical, crop sciences, animal health, contract packaging, and food and beverage.
Bruce Bleiman leads Systech’s global sales organization, and is responsible for customer relationships, the direct sales team around the globe as well as Systech’s network of global partners.
Prior to joining Systech, Bruce held roles as Vice President of Sales at Campus Management and Evisions Inc., providers of solutions for universities and research institutions. Bruce enjoyed a twenty-year career with Ellucian and its predecessor companies, SunGard Higher Education, Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT) and Applied Business Technologies (ABT). During his tenure, he was responsible for various sales leadership roles with increasing responsibilities, culminating as Senior Vice President of North America Customer Relationships.
Bleiman holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.
David DeJean is responsible for Systech’s Center of Excellence, which supports and educates customers and stakeholders on best practices for implementing enterprise serialization, track & trace and authentication solutions.
DeJean brings a wealth of market knowledge and hands-on experience in serialization solution development and project methodology to Systech. His role includes staying abreast of international regulations, business and industry drivers, supporting customers and stakeholders, and defining high performance, cost–effective solutions that are integrated and expandable to meet future needs. DeJean is a serialization subject matter expert, previously holding various roles within Systech including, engineering management, product marketing, professional services and sales management.
Erin Dunkel leads Systech’s global marketing efforts, including demand generation, public relations, its digital presence, social media, events and thought leadership. She is responsible for the company’s brand as well as communications with customers, prospects, partners, employees and other stakeholders.
Dunkel is an accomplished marketer with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to Systech, she led global marketing/PR efforts at technology companies including Binary Tree, DecisionOne, SunGard, SAP and HP. Her past marketing roles in healthcare, retail and non-profits and as head of a marketing consulting firm have led to increased demand and enhanced brands for clients and corporations. She earned a Master of Science in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Spanish from The College of William and Mary.
David J. Henderson is responsible for leading the worldwide engineering teams and will be focused on launching Systech product solutions in new vertical markets, including automotive and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to joining Systech, Henderson was the director of engineering for IBM’s integration and governance solutions. He also was head of the engineering team for IBM’s Dataworks cloud offering. Henderson’s experience includes data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platform infrastructures.
Greg Innes leads Systech’s Global Services Organization and is responsible for the successful implementation of Systech solutions globally including Fulfillment and Consulting Services. Innes is a strategic thought leader experienced in defining business unit strategy, building growth organizations and developing unique solution offerings.
Innes brings 17+ years of Services Management leading Consulting and Cloud Organizations. He joins Systech from JDA Software where he led North American Consulting Services. Prior to that Innes led a large transformational program moving JDA Software to a Cloud Business Model. Innes holds a M.B.A from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.
Jim Lee leads global product management, new and existing solutions development, and rapid deployment of Systech’s supply chain technology.
Prior to joining Systech, Lee was vice president of product management and strategy for IBM’s Integration and Governance, a key pillar within IBM Information Management, which comprised of business governance, data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platforms.
Suzanne McGloughlin leads Systech’s Customer Experience & Quality group and is responsible for the corporate quality system, internal and external customer training delivery, and driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization that center on the end to end customer experience.
McGloughlin’s previous roles at Systech include director, Professional Services and senior director, Corporate Program Management. She joined Systech from Accenture Management Consulting where she led large scale business and IT change transformation initiatives across multiple client sectors. McGloughlin holds an MS in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University College Dublin Ireland.
Charles Miller is responsible for Systech’s financial operations and reporting. Miller has over 20 years of leadership experience in the software and technology space.He spent 15 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration. Miller joined Systech from Sparta Systems, the market leader in enterprise quality management software, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s general accounting, reporting, planning & analysis. He holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Rutgers University.
