Robert DeJean has led Systech International since its inception in 1985. He founded Systech with the purpose of wanting to help pharmaceutical companies become more effective in producing quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory mandates. Under Mr. DeJean’s leadership, Systech has evolved from a single industry focus with machine vision and line management solutions to become a global leader in brand protection and authentication technologies, serving a wide range of industries throughout the world.
The company was the first in the industry to introduce an advanced Packaging Execution System, and today, it has become the leader in holistic enterprise serialization and authentication solutions.
Mr. DeJean’s vision and commitment to providing customers with the most innovative solutions to help protect the integrity of their brands is the driving force of Systech. He has brought together a leadership team of industry experts and forward thinkers to propel the company into the next generation of global brand protection. Prior to Systech, Mr. DeJean has held senior positions at General Electric and Texas Instruments.

John Milana is responsible for leading the Company’s customer-facing operations including Sales, Marketing, Global Services, Customer Support and Training, as well as its administrative operations, including Treasury and Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Investor Relations. He oversees strategic development as it relates to financial planning, forecasting, and securing funding for the Company.
Mr. Milana has substantial experience growing great companies, including SAP Americas (SVP and CFO), IMS Health Americas (SVP and CFO), Sony Electronics (SVP Finance), and most recently Symphony Health Solutions (EVP and CFO). Mr. Milana started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in their Assurance practice and National Office. Mr. Milana brings operational and financial expertise as well as substantial software and healthcare experience to Systech, and plays a vital role in the expansion of our global presence and market solutions.
Mr. Milana is a certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey and holds a B.S. Commerce (Accounting) from Rider University.

Bruce Bleiman leads Systech’s global sales organization, and is responsible for customer relationships, the direct sales team around the globe as well as Systech’s network of global partners.
Prior to joining Systech, Mr. Bleiman held roles as Vice President of Sales at Campus Management and Evisions Inc., providers of solutions for universities and research institutions. Mr. Bleiman enjoyed a twenty-year career with Ellucian and its predecessor companies, SunGard Higher Education, Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT) and Applied Business Technologies (ABT). During his tenure, he was responsible for various sales leadership roles with increasing responsibilities, culminating as Senior Vice President of North America Customer Relationships.
Mr. Bleiman holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Jim Lee leads global product management, new and existing solutions development, and rapid deployment of Systech’s supply chain technology.
Prior to joining Systech, Mr. Lee was vice president of product management and strategy for IBM’s Integration and Governance, a key pillar within IBM Information Management, which comprised of business governance, data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platforms.
Jim Aromando serves as the strategic and operational leader for all aspects of Systech’s Human Resources. He is responsible for attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging our workforce.
Mr. Aromando’s successful track record includes two decades of HR leadership experience providing strategic HR solutions to various industries. Prior to joining Systech in 2017, he provided HR leadership to Macys, Computer Sciences Corporation, Jevic Transportation, University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Premier Prizm Solutions, and Virtua Health. He holds certifications as Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Coach, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Professional (CP) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). He earned a BSBA in Human Resources Management and Management & Organizational Behavior from Rider University.
Joe Belenardo leads the Systech’s Global Brand Protection Solutions’ sales team, which is responsible for customer relationships and direct sales globally for brand protection.
Mr. Belenardo has a 25-year proven track record of sales and management in the enterprise technology space. Prior to joining Systech, he held roles as Vice President of Sales at PeopleFluent, Vice President of Business Development at Liaison International and Regional Sales Director at Workday, all providers of enterprise and technology solutions. Mr. Belenardo also enjoyed a twelve-year career with Ellucian and its predecessor companies, SunGard Higher Education, Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT) where he lead sales teams and worked in various direct sales roles. Mr. Belenardo holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
David DeJean is responsible for Systech’s Center of Excellence, which supports and educates customers and stakeholders on best practices for implementing enterprise serialization, track & trace and authentication solutions.
Mr. DeJean brings a wealth of market knowledge and hands-on experience in serialization solution development and project methodology to Systech. His role includes staying abreast of international regulations, business and industry drivers, supporting customers and stakeholders, and defining high performance, cost–effective solutions that are integrated and expandable to meet future needs. Mr. DeJean is a serialization subject matter expert, previously holding various roles within Systech including, engineering management, product marketing, professional services and sales management.
David J. Henderson is responsible for leading the worldwide engineering teams and will be focused on launching Systech product solutions in new vertical markets, including automotive and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to joining Systech, Mr. Henderson was the director of engineering for IBM’s integration and governance solutions. He also was head of the engineering team for IBM’s Dataworks cloud offering. Mr. Henderson’s experience includes data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platform infrastructures.
Greg Innes leads Systech’s Global Services Organization and is responsible for the successful implementation of Systech solutions globally including Fulfillment and Consulting Services. Innes is a strategic thought leader experienced in defining business unit strategy, building growth organizations and developing unique solution offerings.
Mr. Innes brings 17+ years of Services Management leading Consulting and Cloud Organizations. He joins Systech from JDA Software where he led North American Consulting Services. Prior to that Innes led a large transformational program moving JDA Software to a Cloud Business Model. Mr. Innes holds a M.B.A from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University.

Charles Miller is responsible for Systech’s financial operations and reporting. Miller has over 20 years of leadership experience in the software and technology space.He spent 15 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles, most recently as Vice President responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration. Mr. Miller joined Systech from Sparta Systems, the market leader in enterprise quality management software, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s general accounting, reporting, planning & analysis. He holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Rutgers University.

Sarah Paris-Mascicki leads Systech’s global marketing efforts, and is responsible for marketing strategies, public relations, digital presence, social media, events, and communications.
Ms. Paris-Mascicki comes to Systech with over 20 years of marketing leadership experience, most recently with Ericsson as Global Campaigns Director of Media. During that time, she held overall responsibility for developing, managing and executing multi-channel, global TV and Media marketing campaigns that maximized demand and lead generation.
Prior to Ericsson she has provided marketing leadership to Fabrix Systems, Molecular Imaging, and a 17-year tenure at SRI international. Sarah has a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, new product and company launches, and technology commercialization strategies.
Ms. Paris-Mascicki holds a BFA in Communication Design from Syracuse University.
