Ara Ohanian is chief executive officer of Systech International, the serialization pioneer and global leader in product safety across the supply chain. He joined in 2018 to lead the company into our next stage of robust growth. Building on the core Systech mission of supply-chain safety, Ohanian aims to ensure safe products from the factory floor into consumer’s hands.
Ohanian most recently led the explosive growth of Unite US, a care coordination platform bridging healthcare and social services. Previously, he served as senior vice president and general manager for Infor, the world’s third largest enterprise software company. There he led the statutory compliance solution supporting Infor ERPs across 91 global markets.
Earlier, Ohanian was founder and CEO of Certpoint Systems, a Learning Management System leader which was acquired by Infor in April 2013. He brings operational as well as substantial software and healthcare experience to Systech and will play a vital role in the expansion of our global presence and market solutions.
Ohanian holds a B.A. in business communications from Baruch College, City University of New York.
John Milana leads all administrative and customer-facing operations. As chief operating officer, he oversees the company’s marketing, global services, customer support and training organizations.
Milana also serves as chief financial officer. In this role, he directs Systech’s finance, accounting and legal organizations and works closely with the executive team to set and implement strategic development for Systech.
Milana has held executive management positions with IMS Health Americas, Sony Electronics and Symphony Health Solutions, where contributed to the significant growth of these organizations. Along with his operations and financial expertise, Milana brings substantial software and healthcare experience to help expand our global presence in product safety and brand protection.
Milana holds a B.S. in commerce (accounting) from Rider University, and is a certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey.
Jim Aromando leads global human resources function for Systech. In this capacity, he is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining a workforce that effectively implements our corporate mission to ensure safety across the supply chain.
For more than two decades Aromando has been an HR leader, delivering strategic solutions to help companies and employees thrive. Prior to joining Systech in 2017, he managed HR at healthcare companies Virtua Health and Premier Prizm Solutions. He also held HR positions at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Computer Sciences Corporation and Macys.
Aromando earned a B.S.B.A. in human resources management and management and organizational behavior from Rider University. He holds certifications as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Coach, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Professional (CP) by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Bruce Bleiman leads the Systech sales organization worldwide which includes the direct sales team and our network of global partners. In this role, he focuses on relationship building and collaborates with our internal and external teams along with our customers to help them achieve end-to-end product and consumer safety.
Prior to joining Systech, Bleiman held roles as vice president of sales at Campus Management and Evisions Inc. consecutively, providers of software solutions for universities and research institutions. Bleiman also enjoyed a 20-year career—culminating as senior vice president of North America customer relationships—with Ellucian and its predecessor companies offering software solutions to higher education. He has a proven track record of selling enterprise solutions and empowering others to achieve beyond their individual capacity.
Bleiman holds a B.S. in business administration from Drexel University.
Jim Lee leads global product management for Systech. He oversees new and existing solutions development and the rapid deployment of our supply-chain technology—delivering an integrated platform for serialization, traceability, product authentication and consumer engagement.
Prior to joining Systech, Lee was vice president of product management and strategy for IBM’s Integration and Governance solution suite. This key pillar of IBM Information Management involved business governance, data integration and quality, real-time data movement, and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platforms.
Throughout his career, Lee has held technical, business and strategy positions at various executive levels with startups, mid-size and large companies. He is an avid technologist with a focus on business value and client relationships.
Lee holds a B.S. in computer applications and information systems, accounting from New York University.
Harry Saint-Preux is responsible for driving exponential revenue growth through the ongoing expansion of Systech’s partnership network. He plays a leading role in developing the company’s global go-to-market strategy for channel sales and strategic alliances.
Prior to joining Systech, Saint-Preux held director-level alliance and channel sales positions at a number of software and telecommunications companies including Avotus Corporation, Empirix and Avaya. He has a history of demonstrated success in building and developing high-performance teams that consistently surpass goals by fostering integrated and collaborative environments.
Saint-Preux earned his B.S. in economics from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Joe Belenardo leads the global sales team focused on Systech’s brand protection solutions. Under his direction, this team is responsible for customer relationships and direct sales internationally for brand protection.
Belenardo has a 25-year proven track record of sales and management in the enterprise technology space. Prior to joining Systech, he held executive positions at PeopleFluent, Liaison International and Workday, all providers of enterprise and technology solutions. Belenardo also enjoyed a twelve-year career with Ellucian and its predecessor companies—SunGard Higher Education and Systems and Computer Technology Corporation (SCT)—where he led sales teams and worked in various direct sales roles.
Belenardo holds a B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University.
David DeJean is responsible for Systech’s strategic accounts. In this role, he supports and educates customers and stakeholders on best practices for implementing enterprise serialization, track-and-trace and authentication solutions.
DeJean brings a wealth of market knowledge and hands-on experience in serialization solution development and project methodology to Systech. In addition to supporting customers and stakeholders, his role includes staying abreast of business and industry drivers and international regulations as well as defining high-performance, cost-effective solutions that will easily integrate and expand to meet future needs.
DeJean is a serialization subject matter expert. During his Systech tenure, he has had various roles including engineering management, product marketing, professional services and sales management.
David Henderson leads Systech’s worldwide engineering teams in developing industry-leading product solutions to address market needs—from pharmaceutical to consumer package goods, food and beverage to life science.
Prior to joining Systech, Henderson was the director of engineering for IBM’s integration and governance solutions and headed the engineering team for IBM’s Dataworks cloud offering. His broad software engineering expertise includes data integration, data quality, real-time data movement and data lifecycle management with security and privacy across platform infrastructures.
Henderson brings more than thirty years of experience in high-growth technology companies providing innovative engineering and business leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives.
Greg Innes is responsible for the successful implementation of Systech’s global solutions, including fulfillment and consulting services.
Innes joined Systech with more than 15 years of services management experience at leading consulting and cloud organizations, including JDA Software where he led North American Consulting Services and managed the transformation of JDA Software into a cloud business model. He is a strategic thought leader experienced in defining business-unit strategy, building growth organizations and developing unique solution offerings.
Innes holds an M.B.A from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in business logistics from Penn State University.
Suzanne McGloughlin leads Systech’s business process and improvement capability. In this role, she is responsible for driving continuous improvement and lean business process excellence across all functional pillars of the organization.
During her Systech tenure, McGloughlin has held various leadership positions including director of global services project management, senior director of strategic initiatives, vice president of customer care and technical support, customer training and corporate quality. She brings a wealth of organizational effectiveness and change management experience. Prior to joining Systech, McGloughlin worked as a management consultant with Accenture Ireland, leading large cross-industry business and IT transformational and customer experience programs.
McGloughlin holds an M.S. in organizational and social psychology from the London School of Economics and a B.S. in psychology from University College Dublin Ireland. McGloughlin is a native of Dublin, Ireland and resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Charles Miller leads Systech’s financial operations and reporting. He brings more over 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience to this role, specializing in international finance back office management, reporting and analysis, process improvement and implementation of global financial systems.
Miller joined Systech from Sparta Systems, the market leader in enterprise quality management software, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s general accounting, reporting, planning and analysis. He also spent 15 years at SunGard Data Systems in various financial leadership roles, most recently as vice president responsible for financial reporting, accounting policy application, and M&A integration.
Miller earned an M.B.A. in finance and a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University.
